HFNZ constitution update

Find out more about the proposed amendments to the HFNZ constitution

Kia ora koutou,

At the next HFNZ AGM, on 8 November 2020, a special resolution will be put to members related to amendments to the HFNZ constitution. The current constitution was enacted in June 1998.

The purpose of the amendment process is to ensure that the constitution is modernised and reflects the charitable purpose of HFNZ, which has evolved over time, as well as the way that the foundation and its members operate in today’s world.

If you would like to view the proposed revisions, and/or to provide feedback before the AGM, please click the links below:

Ngā mihi nui,

The HFNZ National Council.
