HNZ constitution update
Find out more about the proposed amendments to the HNZ constitution
Kia ora koutou,
At the next HNZ AGM, on 8 November 2020, a special resolution will be put to members related to amendments to the HNZ constitution. The current constitution was enacted in June 1998.
The purpose of the amendment process is to ensure that the constitution is modernised and reflects the charitable purpose of HNZ, which has evolved over time, as well as the way that the foundation and its members operate in today’s world.
