Haemophilia Foundation of Australia want your feedback

The 17th Australian & New Zealand Conference on Haemophilia & Related Bleeding Disorders will be held from 1-3 October 2015 at the Gold Coast.

The Haemophilia Foundation of Australia (HFA), who are organising the conference with support from HNZ, would like to hear from you -
• What do you want to hear about and learn at the conference?
• What do you think are the pressing topics?
• What can we do to make your attendance at the conference a success?

Click here to complete the short survey and tell them what you think!

The survey closes Sunday 1 March 2015.
For more information on the conference visit the HFA web site conference page.

The 17th Australian & New Zealand Conference on Haemophilia & Related Bleeding Disorders will be an excellent opportunity to hear from experts and community members from Australia, New Zealand and beyond on a variety topics of interest to our community.  HNZ encourages members to consider making the conference part of their holiday plans for the year as part of a self-funded trip to the Gold Coast.
