HFNZ has some top quality leaders to guide what we do and how we do it. In order to mainatain the quality of our programmes, and to work for our members at the level they deserve, it's important that we nurture the next generation of leaders.

This invitation-only educational weekend is targeted at those who have demonstrated that they're ready to step up to the next level nationally and regionally. Flying into Auckland on Feb 3rd, these young leaders will embark on a four day journey of learning and personal challenges designed to help them grow into the strong HFNZ leader we know they can be.
